The manager will work closely with GSI’s executive team to determine company goals and direction, increase market share, and maximize profitability. Hours and Pay - This opportunity is a full-time position working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Annual salary will be $33,500. Qualifications - Three to five years minimum experience is required in management or in a leadership role. Previous experience and success in sales & marketing, and human resources is highly desired. This position requires a wide range of entrepreneurial and business leadership skills in order to be successful. Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to advise, guide, train & develop staff, shrewd purchasing & contract negotiation skills, and sound financial management skills are of the utmost importance in ensuring success.
