I was very pleased with this site, and I placed an order. As luck would have it, I messed it up. The most important thing to me when shopping online, next to security, is Customer Service. How the occasional 'glitches' are handled are extremely important. When I called the "800" number for assistance, a real live person answered the phone, and despite my lack of pertinent information to assist her, she found the order, made the corrections I requested, and sent me a confirmation. VERY personable and professional, and the next time I need a gift, I will be shopping here.

I am part of your wine of the month gift club and last month received a wine from Santa Barbara County, it was named Sylvaner. A very light wine but splendid to say the least. I have never heard of this wine before but liked it very much. My only question would be how to get more? And I just wanted to say this wine of the month makes the beginning of the month that much more pleasurable.
